How can I place my order?

Ordering is simple. You can place your order online by going to YourPictureFrames.com or calling us at 1-800-780-0699. All you have to do is select your frames, provide your shipping and billing information, and choose your payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and Paypal) and you’re all done.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is calculated based upon the total order value as is common in the industry. Any frame order over $100 receives free ground shipping. For frame orders under $25 the shipping charge is $7.95, orders from $25.01-$50 is $10.95, order from $50.01-$75 is $13.95 and orders from $75.01 to $100 is $16.95.

When will my order ship?

Your order will normally ship within 2-5 days depending upon the type of frame ordered. Most frames ordered Monday- Friday, ship next day depending upon the time the order was placed. But for frames that are custom made or hand crafted, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the order to ship.

Do you ship to Canada?

No, we currently don’t ship to Canada or anywhere outside of the US.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently don’t ship anywhere outside of the US or US territories.

Do you ship to APO or military addresses?

No, we currently don’t ship to APO addresses.

Can you ship to PO Boxes?

No, we cannot ship to PO boxes and require a physical mailing address in order to ship your frames.

Do you offer expedited shipping services like 2 day air or overnight service?

We normally ship via UPS Ground however, we can offer overnight, 2 day or 3 day air if you need guaranteed delivery. If you need this service, simply give us a call at 1-800-780-0699 or contact us to receive a shipping price.

What happens if my frames were damaged in shipping?

Please inspect all frames as soon as you receive them. If there is any damage, please call our Customer Care department at 1-800-780-0699 immediately. Please keep all of the original packing material take digital pictures of the damaged frames. Once we verify that your frame was damaged, we will promptly send you a new frame.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your frames for any reason, you can return your frames within 30 days of receipt. To return your frames, please contact us at 1-800-780-0699 or use the contact form to receive your return authorization. The cost of your frames will be refunded upon receipt of your frames as long as the frames are in resalable condition. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable.
